Project outline
Within the project a semi-automatic ontology-based information retrieval system for the biotechnology industry is going to be designed and implemented, which compromises also a recommender system. The basis for this system is formed by the existing database BiotechGate and the related software PartneringOne.
The associated recommender system will assist the users in their retrieval processes by proposing meaningful cooperation partners based on innovative semantic and linguistic methods incorporated by InfoCodex.
